Albee Layer’s signature surf traction pad gets bigger.

This is the traction pad big wave surfer and aerialist Albee Layer relies on when dropping into Jaws and sticking airs. Updated with additional surface area that fits a spectrum of boards, this three-piece pad features a 25mm vert wedge tail kick and 7mm center arch, plus custom beveled edges and localized cutouts for enhanced board feel. Like all Dakine traction, it’s made of biodegradable Friendly Foam, sold in plastic-free packaging, and uses marine-grade 3M® adhesive.
